She executed digital transformation strategies that yielded $1.5 billion in financial impact at her companies while launching 400 products to market, building operations from scratch in China and Ireland, and spearheading 20 strategic M&A integrations.
Tonya is an early member of the CHIEF executive network for women. She is PCC-certified as an executive coach by the International Coaching Federation and is the founder of a WBENC-certified executive leadership firm. As a thought leader regarding the future of work, she regularly speaks at panels and events across a variety of industry verticals. With a graduate degree in Public Policy from The University of Tennessee, her unique range of field and advisory experience has established her as an essential authority in complex discussions regarding AI policy and governance.
